On top of having great products, HRN is also a wonderful place to work (Paul will need to fill you all in on “Pie Day”). And while we are typically a pretty happy bunch of people, we are particularly excited on “Release Day”. The morning we launch new features for Performance Pro, we all take a moment and collectively cheer! So it’s with great pleasure I announce that newest upgrade has arrived.
Here’s an overview of the latest and greatest that Performance Pro offers:
- A new Job Description module. Creating new descriptions is typically the dreaded task of many an HR Professional. This new feature contains over 130 complete descriptions across many different job types and industries. Just as valuable is a complete Resources library with detailed information on ADA and FLSA. Even better, we’ve included Exempt/Non Exempt worksheets to help you correctly determine the status of your positions.
- Gap Analysis report. This is an awesome tool for supervisors and HR Managers. With just a glance, they can see where critical differences in employee and appraiser perceptions may be. This graphical report is a valuable tool that is very easy to use. (screen shot)
- The revamped Import. Though the process remains very similar (it’s still way easy to use!) we’ve added a great new “checks and balance” feature that walks you through the process while allowing you to better control your data.
- And last but not least: Exit Interview Form. This handy little form can be sent to employees at termination to gather useful feedback. Like all forms, they are conveniently stored with the employee’s information for easy review.
Similar to past releases, several of these items were suggested by our clients. So if you have a good idea, or something you’d find useful, please let us know. And like all Performance Pro upgrades, there is never any additional cost to our clients. Upgrades are included in the already low purchase price and annual renewal rate. Plus since Performance Pro is web-hosted, we do all the work, testing and system configuration at our end. Clients simply log onto their system as usual and can begin utilizing the upgrade features immediately. Now if you’ll excuse me, we have some cheering and pie eating to do!
