Step 4 - Screening and Interviews
Our team pre-screens and conducts telephone interviews with the most viable candidates. After presenting the results in our Candidate Matrix Report, we facilitate discussion with you to determine which candidates proceed to more detailed, in-person interviews with our team. HRN then conducts initial interviews.

Step 5 - Candidate General Summaries
Your team is presented with detailed summaries on each of the top candidates, which includes overviews of the candidate's work experience, education, and compensation history, along with a full background check and interview report.

Step 6 - Interviews
After collaborative development of interview questions with your team, HRN will coordinate your interviews with the candidates of your choice.
