HRN Announces Performance Pro Upgrade Release

SALT LAKE CITY, UT (December 9, 2010) — HRN Management Group, a provider of human resource products and consulting services today announced that the much anticipated update to its popular Performance Pro online employee performance management solution is now available.

In addition to all of the standard features and content already included in Performance Pro the new release incorporates a wide array of new features and tools.

  • Completely redesigned user interface

  • Integrated and categorized employee development goal library
  • Assign two appraisers to each employee as standard feature

The Performance Pro Home Screen is personalized by individual user to display calendar alerts of upcoming actions or scheduled performance milestones. A customizable selection of status alerts or updates are also displayed along with standard electronic signature, routing notifications and employee notes. All main administrative and performance evaluation controls are always viewable from any Performance Pro screen in the left hand column. The right hand column provides fast access to a user’s current appraisal, performance management resources, and optional online video training.

Evaluating performance factors is fast and easy. Simply move the slider bar to the appropriate performance level definition. Every position has specific, weighted factors assigned to each job title. All employees with a similar job title are evaluated using the same criteria and performance level definitions. The new supplemental, no cost, Performance Pro Shared Appraisal feature allows for up to two appraisers to evaluate one employee. Performance Pro allows each employee to complete a self appraisal increasing buy-in and engagement with the process.

Each year HRN compensation analysts update all Compease compensation information with current data gathered from a wide variety of top industry compensation and salary survey resources. The annual compensation data update is an integral part of the Compease value proposition.

HRN Management Group Posts Record Sales Growth in 2009

SALT LAKE CITY, UT (January 26, 2010) — HRN Management Group, a provider of human resource products and consulting services today announced setting the following 2009 company sales revenue records:

  • 2009 Gross sales revenue increased 11.7% over previous 2008 sales record
  • 2009 Product sales revenue increased by a record 35.25% over 2008
  • 2009 Performance Pro sales revenue increased 14.5% over 2008
  • 2009 Compease sales revenue increased an unprecedented 128.9% over 2008

Making HRN’s 2009 sales performance more noteworthy is that the reported sales total does not include additional product and consulting sales revenue from Wichita, KS based Koker Goodwin & Associates (KGA), a company acquired by HRN in July, 2009.

Mr. Nelson added, “With the complete integration of KGA as part of HRN taking place in 2010 we expect this year to be a breakout year that will include the release of Performance Pro 3 and followed closely by the launch of Succession Pro, an online succession planning solution.”

In addition to new sales, high customer satisfaction significantly contributed to the successful year demonstrated by record Performance Pro annual renewal income.
