| SALT LAKE CITY (April 12, 2007) — On April 12, 2007 HRN Management Group launched a new HR industry informational blog called HR News & Views. The purpose of the blog is to keep the HR community and clients informed and connected to what's currently happening and of interest both in the industry and at HRN. The blog can be found online at www.hrnblog.com HR News & Views provides HRN with a more direct and collaborative vehicle in which to inform and interact with the HR community and compliments their regularly published HR Notes and HR Legal Update newsletters. HRN was founded by and is led by career HR experts who research, monitor, and report on HR related news, trends, legislation and employment law opinions / findings. Primary topic areas are employee performance management, compensation administration, and HR regulatory compliance. HRN Releases Performance Pro Upgrade and Signs 500th Client |

| SALT LAKE CITY (April 11, 2007) — HRN Management Group, a developer and provider of practical and effective online human resource management products today announced the release of their newest upgrade to Performance Pro employee performance management solution and the signing of their 500th Performance Pro client. The upgrade includes new Performance Pro features such as electronic signature, expanded rating scale, routing e-mail notification, and new performance reports. Ms. Michele Lindsay, HRN Director of Product Development and Customer Support stated, “This product upgrade release adds significantly to the overall Performance Pro value proposition by adding impressive time-saving and process enhancing functionality at no additional cost.” Performance Pro is a centrally-hosted online solution (ASP) requiring no IT investment, or other costs on behalf of clients to upload, implement, or begin to utilize the new features. All upgrades, hosting, secure storage and customer/technical support are included in the low, annually renewable cost. Also announced, The Welk Resort Group of Escondido, CA which operates resort vacation properties in San Diego, CA, Palm Springs, CA and Branson, MO became the 500th Performance Pro client.
