This new feature contains over 130 complete and editable job descriptions across many job types and industries. Includes a complete Resources library with detailed information on ADA/FLSA and Exempt/Non Exempt worksheets.

Graphically enhanced Gap Analysis Report
Identifies critical differences in employee and appraiser perceptions.

Improved Import function
Now includes “checks and balance” feature allowing better control of data.

The upgrade includes new Performance Pro features such as electronic signature, expanded rating scale, routing e-mail notification, and new performance reports.
