Each training session is led by an HRN Performance Pro product training expert with hundreds of hours of user experience. Performance Pro online training
Excellent value for new and existing clients to train/refresh new employees, appraisers and
administrators prior to a performance appraisal cycle.Each course is led by an HRN Performance Pro training specialist. Up to 20 people from your organization can participate in each session. Recommended number of participants is 10 per session. Teleconference format allows for interactive Q&A. Each session lasts approximately 60-90 minutes depending upon number of attendees and questions. Online group training courses and pricing — Choose from three online training course options customized for:
- Administrator — $375
- Appraiser — $375
- Employee — $375

On-site training (full day)
HRN offers onsite training. Session content is delivered by HRN Performance Pro training experts in customizable half day blocks based on client needs and audience.

Quarterly “open enrollment” online training
HRN provides quarterly online “user level” appraiser training that is open to individual attendees. This popular training option is an excellent value. Courses are filled on a first come first served basis.
