Jerry Nelson, President and CEO, HRN Management Group

HRN Management Group was founded in 1989 by Jerry P. Nelson who continues to serve as President and CEO. Jerry has over 30 years experience in human resource management specializing in compensation administration, performance management, and staffing solutions. Prior to founding HRN, Jerry was Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources for Valley Utah Bancorporation, a billion-dollar bank holding located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Jerry holds a Masters Degree from Brigham Young University in Public Administration (MPA), as well as a graduate certificate from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.
Jerry is well respected throughout the HR community, and his expertise is in high demand. He is a popular and frequent speaker, addressing national and regional audiences on a variety of human resource topics. His teaching appointments at both Westminster College (School of Business) and the University of Phoenix (Masters Program) also recognize Jerry's experience and talent.

Marisa Hinnenkamp, Director, Executive Search
Office Location: St. Paul, Minnesota
Marisa Hinnenkamp brings many years of nationally recognized recruiting and candidate identification experience to her role as the Director of HRN’s Executive Search Office. Marisa is responsible for business development, candidate identification, recruitment, assessment, referencing, and negotiations.
Ms. Hinnenkamp came to HRN from a top Minnesota executive search firm, where she worked as an Executive Recruiter. She previously served as a Consultant with Clark Consulting, working with Boards of Directors and senior management to audit and design base salary programs, short- and long-term incentive plans, performance appraisals, and total compensation programs. Prior to her work at Clark Consulting, Ms. Hinnenkamp served as a Senior Associate with Tor Dahl & Associates as a co-presenter, project manager, interviewer, data analyst, seminar analyst, and work group facilitator.
Ms. Hinnenkamp holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kalamazoo College and completed her senior thesis at the prestigious Neuropsychiatric Institute at the UCLA Medical School.

Pamela Glubka, Executive Search Recruiter
Office Location: St. Paul, Minnesota
Pam Glubka brings many years of staffing, recruitment, testing and customer service experience with her to her role as Executive Search Recruiter. She is responsible for candidate identification and recruitment. Prior to joining HRN in 2006, Ms. Glubka served as a Senior Staffing Associate for a Fortune 500 global human resources services firm, where she successfully placed numerous executive and technical candidates. She previously worked as a Member Service Manager for a regional health club, and as a Customer Service Manager for an international organization. Pam brings with her professionalism and integrity and takes pride in her service skills.

Michael Dougal, Director, HR Consulting
Office Location: Chambersburg, Pennsylvania
A graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, Michael Dougal has over 16 years of progressive human resource management, consulting, and executive search experience. Mr. Dougal is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management, and he is currently a member of the Cumberland Valley Chapter of SHRM.
In 1995, Mr. Dougal accepted the position of Human Resource Consultant with the Pennsylvania Credit Union League; and in 1999, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Education & Professional Development. In that position, he oversaw the planning and delivery of the League's education and training programs, as well as the human resource programs offered to Pennsylvania credit unions. In 2000, Michael advanced his career by accepting the position of Human Resource Manager with a national human services agency and the following year in 2001 joined HRN Management Group as an HR Consultant. Since joining HRN, Mr. Dougal is responsible for designing customized HR solutions for clients in the areas of compensation systems, benefits analysis, policy development, performance management, and executive staffing.

Gene Mandarino, Management Training Director
Office Location: Oregon, Wisconsin
Gene Mandarino has been HRN Management Group's Management Training Director since 2002. He brings more than ten years experience in organizational development and training to the HRN team, and he has designed and initiated training and organizational development programs across a wide spectrum of businesses. Mr. Mandarino also contributes his management development skills to assisting with executive search placements and candidate evaluations.
Mr. Mandarino previously worked as Organizational Development Manager for Arthur Andersen's professional education division in St Charles, Illinois. There he originated workshops on team leadership, interpersonal communications, mentoring, and effective meetings; he facilitated team development and strategic planning processes; and he implemented performance management programs. His experience also includes designing and conducting programs on supervision skills, customer relations, leadership, and team problem solving for businesses, municipalities, and colleges as a member of the Denniston Consulting group in Lisle, Illinois.
Mr. Mandarino holds a master's degree in Organizational Development from Loyola University in Chicago and a bachelor's degree in Business from Denver University.
