HRN offers several Performance Pro training options ranging from documentation to onsite instruction. Training helps insure a fast and successful implementation by orienting appraisers and administrative users with the Performance Pro methodology, tools, features, and flow.
Performance Solutions University
HRN Performance Solutions University has several cost-effective training solutions that provide an enhanced experience on the new version of Performance Pro (released March 2011). For more information on courses and training packages click the button below.
Train the Trainer Documentation Materials
Includes Trainer's Guide, Appraiser Training (student workbook and training answer book) and Employee Training booklets (student workbook and training answer book)—a total of 5 manuals. Cost — $395. Call (800) 940-7522 to purchase.
Performance Pro online group training
Excellent value to train/refresh employees, appraisers and administrators. Up to 20 people from your organization can participate in each session. Live webinar format allows for interactive Q&A. Each session lasts approximately 60-90 minutes depending upon number of attendees and questions. Choose from three course options customized for Administrator, Appraiser, or Employee. Performance Pro quarterly “open enrollment” online training
HRN provides quarterly online “user level” appraiser training that is open to individual attendees. Courses are filled on a first come first served basis. Cost — $55 per person or $50/pp if more than one person from the same company attend the same session. See schedule to register.
Performance Pro On-site Training (full day)
HRN offers onsite group training at your location. Session content is customizable in half day blocks based on client needs and audience. Cost — call (800) 940-7522 to request quote.

Complete system configuration and application user training are included for no additional cost as part of every Compease purchase. The following Compease online refresher training modules are presented regularly:
Compease Structured Compensation Online Training (Group Session)
This comprehensive session is designed to train administrative users on the most widely used Compease modules, features, and functions. This training does not cover the Merit or Bridge portion of the program. Cost — $165 per person / 90 min session.
Compease Merit Planning Module Online Training (Group Session)
This online session is designed to refresh current Compease users with the tools and processes used to develop merit increase plans and budgets.
Cost — $90 per person / 45 min session.

Compease “Bridge” Data Update Online Training

New iPerformease Administrative User Online Training
This one-on-one training is designed for new administrators who have never attended a previous iPerformease training. Cost — $150 for two 45 minute sessions. Call (800) 897-3308 to schedule.
iPerformease Basic Supervisor Online Training
Private session is designed to be for one or more supervisors who are new or are currently using iPerformease. Content is customized to your organization. Cost — $225 / session. Call (800) 897-3308 to schedule.
HRN Training Cancellation or No Show policy
If a scheduling conflict occurs and you cancel 1 (one) week or more prior to scheduled training date, you may receive a training credit that can be applied to a future training session of same cost. The TRAINING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE for cancellations made within 3 (three) business days of scheduled training session or for no-shows.
