SALT LAKE CITY (November 2, 2006) — The MountainWest Capital Network has named HRN Management Group as the 81st fastest growing company in Utah. The 2006 Utah 100 Awards, honoring the 100 fastest growing Utah-based businesses, were presented at a luncheon on October 26 at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City attended by over 1500 Utah business leaders. Speaking at the awards luncheon, were Utah Lieutenant Governor Gary R. Herbert and U.S Senator Bob Bennett, Utah.

Year-To-Date Sales Revenue Up 25% Over Record 2005

SALT LAKE CITY (October 13, 2006) — The MountainWest Capital Network has named HRN Management Group as one of the 100 fastest growing companies in Utah. Awards will be presented on October 26 at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City. Nelson, President of HRN Management Group today announced that fiscal year 2006 sales to date (January 1 through September 30) increased 25% over the record setting 2005 mark for the same period. HRN Management Group Announces Performance Pro Upgrade

SALT LAKE CITY (July 17, 2006) — HRN Management Group has released an upgrade to its leading Performance Pro online employee performance management solution that includes term customization and additional reporting capability.

Ms. Jane Haertel, Executive Vice President of HRN Management Group stated, “We are adding even greater flexibility to Performance Pro by providing administrative users the ability to customize key appraisal terms. For example administrative users can modify the terms ‘factor’ or ‘goal’ and the changes will appear throughout the appraisal and on all reports. Additionally, our new reports provide a much wider and deeper view of appraisal data that allows managers and administrators to be more strategic in their ability to plan and achieve objectives.”

Five administrative and appraiser level reports have been added to assist in documenting and clearly presenting appraisal and employee information quickly, and with little effort. The reports track and report overdue and completed appraisal status as well as provide managers with a wide variety of options for evaluating employee goals. The new reports utilize the Performance Pro report wizard interface which allows authorized users to control how much or how little data they wish to display.

The prior sales growth record was set in 2004 at 19%. 2005 sales growth was led by continuing strong sales of the Performance Pro employee performance management solution and Compease compensation administration software.

HRN develops and markets products designed to simplify and improve employee performance development, compensation administration, and HR regulatory compliance for small and medium sized businesses.

Mr. Nelson attributes the results to the overall value proposition and quality of HRN products. HRN Management Group Announces New Performance Pro Upgrade
Enhanced reporting, and customization features top list of upgrades for leading online employee performance appraisal system.

SALT LAKE CITY (January 31, 2006) — HRN Management Group released its semi-annual upgrade for Performance Pro employee performance management solution. Included in the upgrade is a new report user interface, and enhanced report functions. Other upgrades include additional customization functions and enhancements for merging appraisal scores, viewing appraisal history, and resetting passwords.

Michele Lindsay, HRN Director of Product and Client Support stated, “This upgrade is significant because the new report interface allows administrative users [of Performance Pro] greater flexibility in determining specific report criteria. The new interface allows us to readily enhance existing reports and quickly implement new or customized report functions. This adds significant value and operational functionality to Performance Pro allowing clients access to more data and report formats.”

Performance Pro is a centrally-hosted ASP solution, accessible over the Internet. Upgrades are immediately available and require no customer resources to implement. All upgrades, hosting, secure storage and customer/technical support are included in the low annual licensing fee.

Also announced today by HRN Management Group is the release of their HR Suite semi-annual update. This release comprises new and revised HR compliance policies and forms that subscribing companies may incorporate into their employee handbook and company policy manual.
